India is the largest and amongst a few producer for Non GMO Soya Lecithin in the world. India has banned GM seeds import into the country to protect and encourage local producers and we are based at the main growing and processing belt of Soya Bean in India thus are able to produce the best quality NON GMO Soya Lecithin.

The process of Non GMO Soya Lecithin from Soya Bean is by dehydration and cooling of Gums obtained during processing of Soyabean oil. Water is added to Soya Oil (Crude ) which then hydrates the phosphotides making it insoluble, which is further dried with Soybean Oil and fatty acids to get good quality Non GMO Lecithin.

Soya lecithin is mainly in three form i.e Liquid, Powder and Granules. It is free flowing taste and odor free product, which is free from contaminants or lumps and acts as a superior emulsifying and release agent, it plays a important role in liver and cell function, during pregnancy in child development and in cardiovascular health. Soya lecithin modifies viscosity and acts as dispersant, it extends shelf life and stabilizes the product, It helps in consistent blending, by mixing and forms a excellent emulsion in water and oil formulations.

Soya Bean which is largely grown in Central India mainly surrounding areas of Indore, Madhya Pradesh is a major source of Lecithin which can easily be extracted chemically or mechanically. Lecithin is used for dispersing, wetting & emulsifier in Chocolate, Wafers, Dry Bakery products, Coca Powder, Milk Powder, and in Feed, Pharmaceuticals and Paint Industry for various applications.
